Spring On Queen, a chic dining destination known for its innovative cuisine and vibrant atmosphere, recently embarked on an exciting new chapter by unveiling a newly refreshed Winter Menu. The goal was to reintroduce the restaurant to existing patrons while attracting new customers with an enticing array of new dishes. Our Services

We worked with the client to provide event planning and coordination for Spring on Queen’s new menu launch. We developed a detailed event plan and managed all logistics, including venue setup, guest invitations, and menu presentation.

We curated a diverse list of 30 influencers, all of whom were looked after individually on the night. On the day of the event, we provided a welcoming and interactive on-site experience, where each guest was welcomed, taken to their seat, and introduced to the new winter menu. 

In addition, our marketing and promotional efforts were leveraged on social media to help generate hype during and after the event. We ensured all influencers shared their experiences on social media to help build the hype around the new menu.

The Outcome

The new menu launch event for Spring on Queen was a huge success, achieving impressive results that exceeded expectations. All 30 invited guests attended, reflecting a 100% attendance rate and including a diverse group of influencers. Social media impact was substantial, with 30+ reels created featuring the event and their experience of trying the menu and enjoying the venue.

The combined reels had over 2 MILLION engagements, including views, likes, shares, and comments across various platforms, significantly increasing brand visibility. 

The feedback on the new menu was overwhelmingly positive. Guests praised the innovative dishes and flavours and provided valuable insights for further menu refinement. By combining planning, strategic guest selection, and effective social media use, we created an unforgettable experience that introduced the new menu to key influencers and helped drive business growth for Spring on Queen.
