Word Of Mouth Agency worked with Lost Reality in 2022 on their rebrand, providing a full graphic design service that included gift cards, pamphlets, business cards and stationery, merchandise and uniforms. We also did content creation with a professional video, Reels, and social media management to help them get back into being able to then manage it themselves.
Lost Reality is an Escape Room located in Perth where you can assess your mystery-solving skills with friends and family. Choose from five different rooms and work your body and mind to spot clues, overcome challenges and solve mysteries before the time runs out!
Our graphic design team worked closely with Lost Reality to develop a rebrand. They wanted to keep the relevant colours (black, red, and white) and didn’t want anything over-the-top – “we’re looking for something neutral and minimalistic but executed in style with great details!”.
Once their new logo and style guide was confirmed, our design team worked on designing new business cards, gift cards, pamphlets/brochures, stationery suite, merchandise, and uniforms.
The entire Word Of Mouth Agency team was invited to try their new Sherlock Homes escape room, which we filmed for a professional promotional video (view the video here). We also created a Reel that went viral in Perth with 87,000 views in the first week which lead to bookings.
The new branding gave Lost Reality a refreshed and updated personality. Linking to their old brand, it was created with brand recognition in mind, and wanting to emote mystery.
All the new stationary and marketing materials allowed the team to promote their escape rooms both in-store and online, which led to an increase in bookings and awareness.
