Vivians Real Estate
Working with another agency on a rebrand in 2022, Vivians Real Estate needed a new website design, which lead them to Word Of Mouth Agency. We supplied them with a full web package – redesign, website development, domain name management, and website hosting, along with ongoing technical support.
The Vivian name has been well known in the western suburbs of Perth since 1931. Vivian’s Real Estate is a third-generation family-owned and orientated real estate company known for its high standards and unmatched service to their clients.
Our Services
Our website team had an initial meeting with the client to ensure we met their expectations. The client showed us some examples of what they liked and didn’t like, and explained their new branding. After reviewing the style guide, we designed the wireframes, and once those were approved, moved on to the final design.
With the client signing off on the design, we moved to the development phase. After completing final thorough checks for responsiveness, speed loading time, and more, the site went live and hosted on our server.
The Outcome
Designed with the everyday user/visitor in mind, the new website not only reflected Vivian’s new branding but ensured usability and user experience were a first priority.
We wanted their clients and potential clients to come to the website and easily find what they were looking for, whether it was browsing the properties available for sale or rent, or learning more about the Vivian’s Real Estate team.
The website was optimised to be fully responsive across all devices, and speed load time was kept to a minimum. Our website team offer ongoing technical support for any updates requested.
